Slide from skillet onto a plate when cooked completely.Smear cream cheese onto hot egg and add sliced avocado on top. I like to add the smallest pinch of sea salt. Fold half of egg over to form an omelet. Serves 1 (Or half the ingredients for a lighter breakfast or snack.)If you are more skilled with a pan, you can add the cream cheese and avocado to the egg once you have flipped the egg over.
