Here is how you make Breakfast Pita:

Heat a medium sized skillet on medium. Chop green bell pepper, onion, and carrots. Spray skillet with cooking spray, and put veggies in. Fry until tender or slightly brown. Scramble eggs, then add veggies. Spray pan again, then put egg mixture in. Move eggs around so that you get small chunks of eggs. Be sure to get pita straight out of the toaster, put small amount of any flavor hummus you like onto one side of pita, then fold slice of pepper jack cheese diagonally so that you have a triangle, put the sliced cheese, point side down.
