Here is how you make Cheryl Forberg's Breakfast Polenta:

Add polenta to medium size sauce pan and heat on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted. Carefully add milk stirring to prevent lumps until mixture just comes to a boil. Turn heat back to simmer and add oat bran, flaxseed and cinnamon. Continue to simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and agave syrup.
