Add onions and continue to cook until translucent, adding garlic last. Cook until garlic is golden. Remove from heat and cool completely.In a mixing bowl beat eggs well. Add in protein powder and melted butter, mix until combined. Add baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well. Next add cottage cheese and beat well until curds are small and distributed throughout mixture. Add the shredded cheese and mix to combine. *I usually do all this with my stand mixer only stopping it to add each ingredient* Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
