The ingredients for Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli are:

3 medium russet potatoes, washed & cubed
3 small bunches broccoli, chopped
2 T. Smart Balance Omega oil
3 T. Italian Salad dressing
Salt & Pepper
Chili powder or your choice of spice(s)

Heat oven to 425.

Toss potatoes in 1T oil & 1 T dressing. Add salt & pepper to taste, as well as some chili powder or other spice/spice blend that you like. Spread evenly on a large baking sheet (large enough to add broccoli later). Put in oven and et roast 15 minutes.

While potatoes are roasting, toss broccoli with remaining oil & dressing; add salt & pepper to taste, and season with same spices as potatoes. Remove potatoes from the oven and add the broccoli on to the baking sheet. Toss vegetable together and return to oven. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until potatoes and broccoli are crispy.
