Prep kale by rinsing, drying, removing the ribs, and chopping or tearing.In med-large skillet with lid, melt butter & grease over high heat. Add kale and stir. Cover. Cook 2 mins. Stir, then add balsamic vinegar. If you prefer your kale more tender you can add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Stir well, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
