Rinse and trim broccoli and separate into 1-1/2 inch florets. Steam in steamer basket for about 15 minutes.While broccoli steams, melt Earth Balance in small skillet, and add remaining ingredients except cashews. Cook until garlic is tender and remove from heat. Add chopped cashews.Put steamed broccoli in a serving bowl and add sauce, tossing gently. Serve immediately.
