Preheat oven to 450?. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Grate 2 cubes of frozen butter and add to the flour mixture. Use a pastry blade or fork to blend till crumbly. Measure milk and add lemon juice. Add to dry mix and combine till moisten, do not over mix. Turn out onto a clean floured counter top and roll out till 1/2". Fold into thirds and then in half other direction. Roll out to be about 1.25" and cut biscuts out with a 2.5" round biscuit cutter. Place on a cooking sheet with parchment paper lined.
