Heat pan over med-high heat. Add oil and green onions, Saute till soften, about 2 mins. Stir in tomatoes, ginger and red pepper flakes. Coof for 2 more mins. Add cabbage , 1.5 tsp of salt. Stir and cover. Reduce heat med-low. Stirring occasionally as the cabbage collapse. Add a little water if needed. Don't let cabbage dry out. Cook for 13 mins.
