In a thick bottomed pan (like Dutch oven), add 1 tsp. of chile oil to pan on high heat. Add bulgar and saute for 3-4 minutes. Then, add water (according to directions) and bring to a boil.Reduce heat, cover, and let cook for about 10 minutes. Bulgar will be tender. Remove bulgar to a bowl.Bring remainder of chile oil on high heat and brown bacon bits. Add diced onion, and diced peppers and stir around. Cook until onions and peppers are soft and bacon is cooked completely.Add corn kernels to mixture and stir through.Add cajun seasoning to taste and add bulgar wheat back to pan.
