2 egg whites
1/2 cup fatfree vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugarfree applesauce

Here is how you make Toasty Oat Cake and Applesauce Breakfast:

Mix oats, flour, baking powder, Splenda and cinnamon. Stir in egg whites, yogurt and vanilla. Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat. Spray with cooking spray. Put half of oat mixture in skillet and spread out into a circle. Cook until golden brown on bottom, flip and cook until other side is golden brown. Repeat with remaining oat mixture. Top cakes with applesauce, sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.Note: Mixture will be thick. Don't thin with water or milk or it will be gummy. Fry cakes immediately after mixing for the same reason.
