22 tbsp (or 1.375 cups) of Protein Powder


How Do I Make Baird's Breakfast Casserole?

Here is how you make Baird's Breakfast Casserole:

Pour 3 cups of skim milk into a medium sized bowl.Crack 6 Large Brown eggs into bowl.Add 1 tsp. of mustard powder, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, or other seasoning that you like.Add 1/2 stick of butter (melted) or sub.Add 22 tbsp's (1.375 cups) of protein powder.Whisp until well blended.Prepare 9" x 13" baking dish with Pam or alternative.Place 6 slices of cubed whole wheat bread in the bottom.Pour liquid from bowl over the top.Add a layer of the shredded cheese.Cut and sautee' mushrooms and onions then place over the cheese. Boil 2 cups of fresh spinach, drain very well, then place on top of cheese.Then with a spatcula turn the mixure in the pan until it is well mixed.Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight for best results, or at least for several hours. In the morning pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
