Here is how you make Sausage and Peppers Breakfast Casserole:

Cube potatoes and put in covered bowl with 1/4 cup water and microwave for 4-5 mins or until tender. Drain and set aside. Chop peppers. Brown sausage and drain, then return to pan and add peppers and potatoes and sautee until tender. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup cheddar. Pour into pie plate. Whip eggs and milk together with salt and pepper and then pour over sausage veggie mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
