Here is how you make Cauliflower Amandine:

Cut cauliflower into flowerettes and steam for 10 - 15 minutes. Prepare Sauce: Melt butter substitute and stir in flour. Add milk, wine and 1/2 cup water. Cook, stirring, until thick and smooth. Add almonds, salt and pepper. Drain cauliflower and place in greased baking dish. Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven, 20 minutes.
