Here is how you make Mashed Turnips and Cauliflower:

1. Leave cauliflower intact, peel and cube turnips. 2. Boil in chicken broth until very soft, appx. 30 minutes. 3. Remove cauliflower and turnips, place in mixing bowl with whisk attachment. 4. Salt and pepper to taste, add to vegetables, add in sour cream and fat-free margarine. 5. Using broth/boiling liquid, make a slurry with flour (enough liquid to cover and thicken, appx 1/2 C)6. Whip cauliflower and turnips. 7. Heat slurry slowly over a low heat until thickened, quickly whip into mashed cauliflower & turnips. 8.
