Here is how you make Challah:

Place water/egg mixture, oil, sugar, and salt in a bread machine. Add to the top the flour, spreading gently over the liquid mixture. Sprinkle the yeast over all - DO NOT STIR! Set bread machine to DOUGH (approx 1 hour 20 min. prep in machine).Let the machine do it's work and then shape dough on baking sheet and lightly cover with plastic wrap. Keep in a warm place while it rises 1/2 - 1 hour. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
