Place turkey bacon on a microwave plate, and cook on high for 1-1.5 minutes or until crispy. Meanwhile clean, trim, and cut brussel sprouts in half. Heat a medium fry pan on medium high heat for about thirty seconds, or until hot. Add the bacon grease, then the brussel sprouts. Stir browning on both sides, approximately five minutes. Place lid on fry pan and continue cooking for another five minutes, or until sprouts are tender. Place sprouts in a bowl, add crushed bacon, and cheese.
