Here is how you make Turnips with Cheese and Bacon:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie plate. Cook bacon until barely crisp. Chop. In a small bowl, mix bacon, cheese, coconut flour, thyme, salt, and pepper. Set aside.Thinly slice turnips with a mandolin slicer. Arrange 1/5 of the slices in the pie plate, beginning at the center and working out to the edges so they overlap slightly. Spoon 1/4 of the bacon mixture over the slices and drizzle with 1 1/2 T. butter. Repeat three times ending with turnips.Spray the bottom of another pie plate and fill the pan with pie weights. Place it on top of the turnips. Place the pie places onto a baking sheet.Bake for 55 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Remove the top pie place.
