1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp hard margarine
1 large egg slightly beaten
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup skim milk

mix flour, baking powder and salt
cut in margarine
combine egg, cheese, and milk then add to dry ingredients, stirring with a fork until moistened
press into a ball then roll on a floured surface into a 1/4" thick rectangle
cut into 18-24 squares
place on a non-stick baking sheet and put into 425 degree F oven for 10-12 minutes. Best served warm. They are great re-heated too!
