Here is how you make Very Low Carb Cheese and Flax Meal Biscuits:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees (375 for convection oven).Melt butter over low heat on the stove. Let cool a few minutes, not long enough for butter to solidify. Pour into medium sized mixing bowl. Add eggs to the butter and whisk together.Mix the coconut flour, flax meal, salt and baking powder in a small bowl. Add coconut flour mixture to egg mixture and stir together well. Add cheese and blend in. Mixture may need to sit for a few minutes to let the liquids soak into the dry ingredients.When patties can be formed, shape dough into either six or eight patties. Place about 1 inch apart on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown and sizzling. Remove from oven and let cool. Biscuits will absorb butter as they cool.
