Preheat oven to 425Take Cauliflower Crumbles open leaving a 1 in opening and steam in microwave for 4 min.Remove from microwave and cool. Once Cool add 4 egg whites 1 cup of Fiesta blend cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan and Romano Cheese blend. Add 1 TSP of Garlic salt (or powder I used Garlic salt and omitted salt from the recipe) 1 TSP onion powder and 1 TSP oregano. Mix together and line a pan with parchment paper.
