How Do I Make Deceptive Mac and Cheese?

Here is how you make Deceptive Mac and Cheese:

Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tsp. salt. Add macaroni, stirring occasionally. Cook for 10 minutes. Add broccoli. Cook an additional 5 minutes or until done to preference. Drain macaroni and broccoli. In a large bowl, combine macaroni and broccoli, cottage cheese, 1 cup cheddar, remaining salt and pepper. Put mixture into an oven safe dish. Pour the milk, over the mixture, in a spiral towards the center. Top with remaining cheddar.
