Here is how you make Sour Cream Cheese Biscuits:

In a bowl, combine first 4 dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. With fork, stir in sour cream, milk and garlic powder, add cheese. Melt margarine in 2 round (9 in.) cake pans. By hand pinch off a chunck of dough (small handful) form in to biscuit. Rub one side of each biscuit in melted margarine & place unbuttered side down in pan. Bake at 425 degree for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
