Remove from heat and add oil, water and salt. Transfer to a large bowl and gradually add flour. May need a little more water because of the wheat flour. The dough will be very soft and should not stick to the bowl. On a lightly floured surface divide the dough into 3 pieces, divide each piece into 12 pieces. Roll out each piece into a 3-inch round.To make filling, combine all the ingredients. Stir to blend. Place 2 teaspoons filling on each round and fold in half to make a semicircle. Seal the edges with a fork.To bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the pastries on an ungreased baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
