1 TBSP of Brummel & Brown Butter Spread

Here is how you make Healthy Egg, Cheese, and Ham English Muffin:

1) Heat up non-stick frying pan at low-medium heat.2) Combine 1/2 cup egg substitute with 2 tbsp of skim milk. Add salt, pepper, or other spices as desired.3) When frying pan is heated, add butter spread and spread evenly throughout the pan.4) Pour egg mixture into the pan. Cook the egg omelet style by rotating the pan over heat in order.5) While omelet is cooking, place English muffins in the toaster. 6) Allow omelet to cook through. Once cooked, fold the omelet (using a spatula) into a square or circular shape that will fit into the English Muffin. 7) Place cooked egg on top of half of the English muffin and add cheese. While cheese melts, add slices of ham to frying pan and cook as desired.8) Place ham on top of cheese and egg on English muffin and place other half of English muffin on top.
