Sprinkle in cornmeal and simmer stirring well for about 15 minutes. Fold in chopped tomatoes, herbs and seasoning. Can be served like this and topped with cheese or poured into a greased or lined 8x8 cakepan and allow to cool and set. Cut into 8 equal amounts, place on parchment or silpat lined bakesheet.
