Here is how you make Homemade Mac and Cheese - Whole Grain Shells:

Take Velveeta - appx. 1-1.5 cup and cut into small cubes (makes it easier for melting the cheese). Cook pasta as normal (appx. 10 minutes, maybe longer depending on how you like them cooked) drain and set aside. In pot (even same if you want) heat butter, milk and sour cream with cheese. STIR constantly (otherwise depending on your heat you can scorch cheese, I use a nonstick pot so that helps a lot). Once cheese, milk, butter, sour cream mix is creamy and melted - add drained shells - Stir again - REMOVE from heat and serve.
