1 tsp Wheat flour, white

1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
.5 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
1 cup dry Elbow Macaroni Noodles

Put your noodles on to cook however you cook them.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.In a pan, melt butter and add flour until it is nice and golden. You are making a rue. Toss the noodles (reserving some cooking water) with the cheese mixture. Again if it is not a little loose, add reserved cooking water. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. You can add breadcrumbs to the top. Or you could even add broccoli to the noodles as they cook and then some chopped ham and as you toss and have a complete meal. Have fun and enjoy!
