Combine cheese, almond milk, spread, salt and pepper in a microwave safe dish (preferably glass) microwave for 1 minute on high, remove from microwave and with a whisk stir well until cheese is distributed through the milk. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes, remove often and stir with whisk to help reduce cheese chunks. I use this over steamed broccoli/cauliflower/ carrots when I want a change from plain veggies.
