Here is how you make Cherry Clafouti:

Preheat oven to 375. Meanwhile, pour milk into blender, then add eggs, sugar, vanilla. Buzz til mixed. Add flour and buzz again. In separate dish, mix cherries with small amount of flour. Place 10" pie pan in oven while preheating, add the butter and let it melt, then tilt around to cover bottom. Add stuff from blender, then scatter floury cherries over, bake for 30-40 mins.
