Wash, slice and seed the peppers. Place them on a cookie sheet and place in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. While they're cooking, stir the couscous, chicken and spices together. When peppers are softened but still firm, fill each half with the couscous & chicken mix. Add 1 oz goat cheese to the top of each and then put back into the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is warm and bubbly.
