The ingredients for Mom's Chicken Pasta Salad are:

16 oz box of small pasta shells
10oz can of chicken breast
1 c of fresh or thawed peas (do NOT use canned peas)
1/4 c of chopped onion
1/8 c of chopped celery (or more if you really like celery)
6 hard boiled eggs - chopped
1 1/2 c of Miracle Whip light
salt & pepper

Here is how you make Mom's Chicken Pasta Salad:

Prepare box of shells as directed. Drain shells and let cool. Drain chicken and separate chicken. It should look shredded.In a large mixing bowl, combine half of the shells, all of the chicken, peas, onion, celery, egg and miracle whip. Stir until completely blended. Slowly add in the rest of the shells and continue to stir until completely blended. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Makes about 25 1/2-cup servings.
