Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare large muffin tins by spraying with non-stick baking spray. Makes 8 Texas sized muffins.Sift together the following dry ingredients: flour, sugar and baking powder. In a separte bowl wisk egg and low fat pourable yogurt together. Quickly add moist ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared Texas muffin tins.
