Stir constantly w/ wisk to keep smooth and prevent it from becoming lumpy, and to keep milk from scorching.Cook slowly, wisking constantly, just under a boil for 7 - 10 minutes. There should be lots of steam and should thicken a bit.Remove from heat and allow to cool thoroughly.Store in refrigerator in a jar with spout for pouring.Add to coffee to suit taste.
