Cinnamon 2 tsp
Cloves 1/2 tsp
Milk (fat free) 3/4 cup
lemon juice 1 tbsp (makes milk like buttermilk, can skip this step)


How Do I Make Cinnamon Scones?

Here is how you make Cinnamon Scones:

Put flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in bowl and mix lightly with fork. Add sugar and mix. Add softened butter, oats and use pastry cutter to get dough to be pea sized balls. Add milk little at a time until dough forms. May not need full amount of milk. If do not use all milk save to add to top with some real sugar for a treat. Mix ingredients together. Knead dough approximately 10 times. Pat out to a circle or roll with rolling pin in a small circle. Cut into 8 pie shaped pieces.
