Here is how you make Sue's Cornbread:

Measure and mix dry ingredients together in medium size mixing bowl until well blended. Using a 2 cup measuring cup, measure the 1/3 c of oil, then in the same cup, place the three eggs in with the oil. With a fork, stir together, blending the yolks. Then fill the measuring cup up to the 2 cup line with milk, blend a bit more using your fork. Next, pour the liquid into the bowl and using a spoon, mix the dry and wet ingredients together until smooth. Place the batter in a greased 9x9 pan or into a greased muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees (375 if using a glass pan) for 25 minutes for a 9x9 pan, 15-20 minutes if using muffin tin. The cornbread is done when the top is golden and there are cracks across the top. Cut the 9x9 pan into 12 pieces and serve. For muffins, use a table knife to loosen the muffins before serving.
