Here is how you make Flaxseed Crackers:

Preheat oven to 180c.Add all of the ingredients except the salt to a medium bowl. Stir until fully combined. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.Spray parchment paper with nonstick spray. Spray rolling pin with nonstick spray.Form the dough into a ball and place on the greased parchment paper. Roll it out as thin as you dare. The thinner the better.Use a sharp knife to cut a grid of 1 inch-ish squares. Separate them and use a spatula to spread them out of the parchment paper. Sprinkle them with salt. Bake for 10 minutes, flip them and bake for another 3-5 minutes.If you want them super crispy, turn the oven off and then put the crackers back in after it's cooled a bit but is still warm. Leave them in for about an hour and they will continue to dry out until super crispy.Serve with your favourite cheese or dip!Serving Size:?Makes as many crackers as you want to cut it into. I made about 10. The whole batch is 100g cooked so figure out your serving based on grams.
