Mix dry ingredients except 2 tsp. sugar. Cut in butter. Reserve 1TBS egg white. Mix eggs and cream, add to flour and stir until flour is incorporated. Turn onto lightly flour board. Knead lightly, divide in two. Pat each to a six inch circle. Cut into quarters. Put on I greased baking sheet. Brush tops with reserved egg white. Sprinkle withreserved sugar.
