1 cup green onions, chopped
7 oz whole milk
nutmeg (for garnish)

Here is how you make Creamy Colcannon:

Boil the potatoes. Drain and add milk, onions and butter. Mash ingredients finely then set aside. Place cabbage in a large pot along with 4 cups of boiling water. Bring back to a boil and let steam for 10 minutes. Use tongs to pull cabbage leaves from top to bottom every few minutes for even cooking. Drain cabbage when tender.
