1/4 cup cream cheese with onion and chives
4 T Amish butter
1/4 c whole milk
1 t garlic powder
1 T Himalayan salt
1 t white pepper

Here is how you make Exotec's Creamy Mashed Potatoes:

Boil potatoes until just fork tender.Mash by hand, rice, or puree with immersion blender/hand mixer until broken into pea-sized chunks.Add 1/4 cup seasoned cream cheese (I used onion and chive; other varieties are available)Mix until cream cheese is melted in.Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.Add butter and milk to desired consistency.Mix well. You may have to lightly warm in a microwave to get good combination of ingredients.
