How Do I Make Turkish Gozleme Dough?

Here is how you make Turkish Gozleme Dough:

Combine warm water, yeast and sugar in a jug. Whisk to dissolve yeast. Stand in a warm place for 10 minutes or until frothy.Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Add yeast mixture and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix to form a soft dough. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes or until elastic. Place in a bowl that has been lightly greased with the last of the oil. Cover with plastic wrap and stand in a warm place for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size. Divide into 16 small balls, and place on waxed paper. Proceed to make the Gozleme by rolling out the dough, and folding over a stuffing like a dumpling. Fry, or bake as preferred.
