Place pan in oven while preheating to 425. When preheated add coconut oil and let it melt. While coconut oil is melting mix in blender or stir together remaining ingredients until it's mixed well. Poor in pan and bake 20-25 minutes. If you have kiddos they will love to watch them rise and get big and puffy! We like our served with hazelnut chocolate butter, fruit or pure maple syrup!
