Here is how you make Dutch Baby:

In 2 - 3 quart baking pan melt butter, stir in cinnamon and sugar. Thinly slice applies into pan, cook & stir until apples soften. Spray inside edge of pan w/cooking spray.Place pan uncovered in 425 degree oven for 5 minutes.Break eggs into blender or food processor for 1 min. Pour in milk and slowly add flour. Mix for 30 more seconds (or can beat all in a bowl until blended). Remove Pan from oven and pour in batter. Return to oven and bake until fluffy and brown. (15 - 20 minutes).
