How Do I Make Easy Crepes?

Here is how you make Easy Crepes:

Soften margarine in microwave-approx. 5 secs (may use butter instead)Add flour to large bowl, followed by margarine, 3 eggs, sugar, salt and milk. Using a whisk, stir batter until minimal lumps remain. They will disappear with cooking. Do not use a blender, mixer etc. Preheat a non stick pan (or a pan sprayed with non stick oil) on med to med-low. Using a 1/4 or 1/3 c. measuring cup, pour batter into pan. Quickly lift pan off the heat and angle the pan around until the batter completely covers the bottom. Should have a nice thin layer of batter. Watch for the edges to turn golden, flip and cook another minute. Remove to plate and continue in this fashion until completed.
