1 dash to 1/2 tsp Accent
5 tbsp olive oil (just enough to coat bottom of skillet)
1 cup homemade or canned chicked broth (I didn't enter it with the ingredients because I make my own without salt/ seasonings and I am not sure of the calories or fat.

Here is how you make Easy Egg Foo Yung Patties:

Rinse sprouts in cold water, set asideIn small bowl beat eggs, Accent, and soy sauce; add sprouts and mix well.coat large skillet with olive oil With a soup ladle, spoon sprout mixture into skillet , doing two spoonfuls at a time, brown on both sides (Note-egg mixture will run wildly, I just spoon it back on top of the sprouts as the patties are browning) After cooking all patties, place back into skillet and add 1 cup chicken broth cover and let cook , turning every 10 minutes until liquid is just about gone, then serve with or without brown rice.Serving Size: serving size makes 4/3-3.5 oz pattiesNumber of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TONYA46.
