.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup milk (I use 1% but you can use any)
Salt
Pepper
3 tsp corn starch


How Do I Make Scalloped Potatoes, Easy?

Here is how you make Scalloped Potatoes, Easy:

Wash and peel potatoes. Slice thin and round. Spray bottom of corningware dish (or other oven safe dish) with cooking spray. Layer one potato on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle salt, peper, 1 tsp of cornstarch, and 1/3 of the parmesan cheese on top. Repeat in two other layers. Over the top pour approximately 1 cup of milk (I don't cover the potatoes but the milk comes to the top layer). Place in oven at 400 degrees and bake for 1 hour or until all layers are soft.
