Make the egg mixture: Combine the eggs, cheeses, salt and pepper in a blender. Mix. Grease small ramekins about the size of an English muffin in diameter. Pour the mixture evenly between the three.Bake in microwave for 2-3 minutes, or till done.Toast the thins and lightly butter each of them, dividing the butter between them. Top the bottom of each sandwich thin with one of the eggs, then 1/2 slice cheese. Microwave an additional 10 seconds, or till the cheese is slighty melted.
