How Do I Make Egg Noodles?

Here is how you make Egg Noodles:

2-1/2 cups flour in bowl, stir in 1 tsp salt, make a pocket in the center and add 2 beaten egg whites and one beaten egg yolk in the center. Add 1 Tbls olive oil. mix into dough and kneed dough with the 1/2 cup flour until smooth and elastic. Allow to sit for 20 min. Split dough in four balls rolling out on a flat surface until 1/16 in think. Sprinkle with flour and roll up. Cut about 1/4" lengths and unroll. To freeze allow dough to dry for one hour and freeze.
