Preheat a hot griddle or large skillet (cast iron is best). Brush with oil,butter, lard or shortening. I prepare them in a non stick skillet with cooking spary.Beat eggs with 1/2 cup of the milk; add flour, salt and beat until smooth.Add remaining milk and beat until smooth.
