1 tbsp. fat free/ low fat, unsalted butter



How Do I Make Delicious Egg Scramble?

Here is how you make Delicious Egg Scramble:

In a medium bowl add eggs, sliced or chopped tomatoes, and sliced ham. Mix well. Then grease a small frying pan with 1 tbsp. of low fat or fat free unsalted butter. On medium heat empty the contents of the bowl into the pan and stir well. Make sure that it doesn't stick to the pan. Give it about 2 minutes and sprinkle the cheese on top of the scrambled eggs, let the cheese melt. Turn off the stove and let the pan sit there for 30 sec. so the cheese is mixed in well with the eggs,ham and tomatoes. Take off the stove and serve.
